How to Add Multiple Employees to Payroll on Bujeti
Step 1: Repeat step 1 above and select "Add multiple employees"
On the 'Import employees from a CSV file' screen, click Download template. This gives you the official CSV file with the correct column headers pre-filled.
Open the downloaded file in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Add one employee per row starting from row 2. Columns marked with * are required — all other columns are optional but recommended.
Step 2: Save your completed spreadsheet as a .CSV or .XLS file (max 5MB) on your device and return to Bujeti or either drag & drop the file into the Import CSV area, or click to browse and select the file. Once the file appears in the upload area, click Continue.
Review the list for any errors or missing fields flagged in red. Correct any issues in the spreadsheet and re-upload if needed, then confirm to complete the import.
After the bulk import, open each employee's profile from Payroll > Employees to add their bank account details, PAYE tax ID, and pension setup — these fields are not captured in the CSV template and must be added individually.
How to View and Edit an Employee on Payroll
Step 1: Click Payroll then select the Employees tab at the left tab of the page. The list shows all employees with their Gross pay, Net pay, Email, Position, and Status.

Delete employee permanently removes the employee from Bujeti Payroll. This action cannot be undone. Only delete an employee if they have left the organisation and you no longer need their payroll records on this platform.
