How to View Account Transactions on Bujeti and export

Viewing your account transactions on Bujeti helps you stay informed about all your financial activities. Whether you're tracking expenses, monitoring incoming payments, or reconciling accounts, Bujeti provides an easy way to access and review your transaction history.

Method 1: Viewing transactions via the Account Menu

Step 1: From your Bujeti Dashboard, locate the sidebar on the left side of your screen and click on Accounts.

  • Browse through your list of accounts and click on the specific account for which you want to view transaction history.

Step 2: On the selected account page, click the Transactions tab. You'll now see a complete list of all debit and credit transactions made on that account.

  • Click on the three-dots to either download the receipt, or sync to Zoho Books or google sheets

Method 2: Viewing transactions via the Transaction Menu

Step 1: From your Bujeti Dashboard, locate the sidebar on the left side of your screen and click on Transactions.

  • You'll now see a complete list of all payments made on your account. (Pending payments, scheduled payments, batch payments and scheduled batch payments)

  • Click on the three-dots to either download the receipt, repeat transactions, retry a processing or failed transaction or sync to Zoho Books

Understanding Your Transaction View

Once you access the Transactions section, you'll see:

  • Transaction Status: Whether it's a successful, failed, approved , processing or pending approval

  • Transaction Amount: The value of each transaction

  • Transaction Date: When each transaction occurred

  • Transaction Details: Description or reference for each transaction


How to Export Transactions on Bujeti

Step 1: Select Your Export Format

A dropdown menu will appear with multiple export options:

  • Export as CSV: Download transaction data in comma-separated values format (compatible with Excel and Google Sheets)

  • Export as PDF: Generate a formatted PDF document for printing or sharing

  • Export for Xero: Export in Xero-compatible format for direct import into Xero accounting software

  • Export for QuickBooks: Export in QuickBooks-compatible format for seamless integration
