Reviewing a fund request is a crucial part of maintaining financial control and ensuring that resources are allocated properly within your organization. Step 1: Log in to your Bujeti Dashboard, navigate to the sidebar and click on Requests.
Step 2: Click the Fund Request page.
Step 3: Click on the fund request you want to review.
Step 4: After reviewing the details, you have several options based on your satisfaction with the request:
Approve Only: Approve the request without taking any immediate payment action.
Approve and Schedule: Approve the request and set a future date for payment.
Approve and Pay: Approve the request and proceed with the payment immediately.
Request More Details: If you need further information, request additional details from the requester.
Decline: If the request is not justified, you can decline it entirely.
