Linking your external bank account to Bujeti ensures seamless financial tracking by consolidating your account information in one place. With just a few steps, you can securely link your account and enjoy real-time updates on your financial activity.
Here is a Step-by-Step Guide to Linking Your External Account
Step 1: Log into your Bujeti Dashboard and Click on "Accounts" in the left sidebar navigation
You'll see the Accounts page with tabs: All accounts, Bujeti accounts, Subaccounts, and External accounts
Locate the " Add an account" button in the top right corner of the Accounts page
Click on "Link External Account"
Note: This option allows you to connect accounts from other banks to your Bujeti platform for centralized management
Step 2: The Mono widget will appear on your screen:
Click "Link Account" on the Mono widget
Review the consent form carefully and Click "I Agree" to proceed with linking
Step 3: Choose your bank from the list of supported financial institutions
Log in using your internet banking credentials
Select the specific account you want to link to Bujeti (Personal bank accour or Business bank account)
Complete any additional authentication required by your bank (e.g., OTP verification)
Step 4: Review your selected account details
Click "Continue" to finalize the connection
Wait for confirmation that your account has been successfully linked which takes within few minutes for account authorisation.
Click on the linked account and locate the three-dots(:) then select “Sync bank data” to sync your external bank data including transaction history from your external bank.
Your external account is now linked to Bujeti. Your account balance and transaction history will begin syncing automatically.
