Bujeti Brain is the intelligence layer on top of your Bujeti platform. It adds four AI Teammates, Fetch, Chaser, Watchdog, and Concierge, that handle routine finance work automatically, so your team can focus on decisions instead of busy work. This article explains what Brain is, what each Teammate does, and how to switch them on.
What Is Bujeti Brain?
Bujeti Brain is an intelligence layer that sits on top of the control and visibility you already have in Bujeti. On its own, your Bujeti platform shows you how money moves and lets you control it. Brain adds the intelligence to understand what that data means, and AI Teammates that carry out routine finance tasks for you.
Each Teammate is a specialist for one part of your finance operation. They run on the same connected ledger already inside Bujeti, so they work as one team rather than separate tools. An invoice that Fetch captures is the same record Watchdog monitors, and a payment Chaser collects is already reflected in your books.

Before You Start
Make sure the following are in place before turning on your first Teammate:
You have a Bujeti account with admin or finance access
Your organisation is active on the Bujeti platform
You know which finance task is your biggest pain, so you can choose the right Teammate to start with
You have access to the sources each Teammate needs, for example an inbox for Fetch or your policy documents for Concierge
Step 1: Open the Brain Section
Log in to your Bujeti dashboard at https://dashboard.bujeti.com/
Click Brain in the left-hand sidebar
You will see the four Teammates, each with a short description and a Set Up button
Step 2: Choose a Teammate to Start With
You do not have to turn them all on at once. Pick the Teammate that solves your most pressing problem first, prove it, then add the others.
Step 3: Connect and Preview
Click Set Up on your chosen Teammate
Connect the source it needs, for example an inbox for Fetch, your channels for Chaser, or your policy documents for Concierge
Review what the Teammate finds in preview before it goes live, so you can confirm it is working correctly
Step 4: Turn the Teammate On
Once you are happy with the preview, switch the Teammate on
It begins working immediately, within the limits you set
Come back to the Brain section any time to turn on another Teammate
How You Stay in Control
Brain is built so that AI does the work while a person stays in control. Every Teammate follows the same principles:
A human is always in the loop. No Teammate ever moves money on its own. Anything sensitive stops for a person to approve.
Confidence thresholds. When a Teammate is not confident, it routes the item to a person instead of guessing.
Limits and audit trail. Each Teammate works within limits you set, and every action is recorded.
Your data stays yours. Your data is encrypted, kept private to your organisation, and never used to train AI models.
