Connecting Stripe brings your payments, payouts, refunds, and invoices into Bujeti automatically, so reconciliation, budgets, and revenue reports all reflect live Stripe data without manual entry.
Step 1 : Log in to your Bujeti Dashboard and click Settings in the sidebar, then open the Integrations tab.
Use the Find integrations search bar to look for what you need, or browse by category or scroll until you see Stripe.
Search for Stripe and click Connect on its card.
Step 2: Bujeti shows what the integration unlocks: syncing payments, chasing invoices, tracking payouts, and revenue insights. Click Connect To Stripe to continue.
You'll be taken to Stripe's own page. Enter your stripe email address and password for your Stripe account and click Continue. If you're testing, you can skip setup with Use blank account instead.
Step 3: Select the Stripe account you want linked to Bujeti, then click Connect. Stripe shows exactly what Bujeti will be able to see and do with that account before you confirm.
Back in Bujeti, open Stripe settings to control how the sync runs. Toggle Automatic sync on to keep data current, and set a Sync frequency, or click Sync now to pull the latest data immediately.
Under What Bujeti syncs from Stripe, you can see everything that comes across: payments, settlements, payouts and transfers, refunds and chargebacks, and invoices.
Once connected, Stripe payments and payouts feed straight into your reconciliation, budgets, and revenue reports, and any invoices you've issued can be chased through Chaser using the same synced data.
How You Stay in Control
Read-only by design: Bujeti reads your Stripe payment and settlement data for reconciliation and reporting. It does not move money on your Stripe account.
Scoped access: Access is limited to the payment and settlement data Bujeti needs, nothing more.
You can disconnect anytime: Disconnecting from Bujeti ends the connection immediately.
