Once your KYB documents are approved, your account is fully activated. You'll receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes, and our Customer Success team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a free onboarding call. This guide walks you through exactly what to expect and how to get the most out of Bujeti from day one

Step 1: Your Verification Confirmation Email

Within 5 minutes of approval, you'll receive an email from Bujeti with the subject: "Your Bujeti Account is Verified and Ready".

The email will confirm:

  • Your documents have been approved and your account is now active

  • Your current account tier (Tier 1, 2, or 3)

  • A direct link to access your Bujeti dashboard

  • A quick summary of what you can do next

Step 2: Your Free Onboarding Call

Within 24 hours of verification, someone from our Customer Success team will email you to schedule a free onboarding session. Here's what the call covers:

Step 3: Fund Your Wallet and Start Transacting

Once your account is active, you can start using Bujeti straight away. Here's what to do first:

  1. Fund your Bujeti wallet , transfer money from your bank account to your Bujeti wallet

  2. Create your first budget , go to the Budgets module and set up a spending category

  3. Add your team , invite employees and assign roles and permissions

  4. Issue your corporate card , activate and assign a card to a team member

  5. Pay a bill or vendor , use the Payments module to pay a supplier or set up a recurring bill
