Access & Login

Who can use the Bujeti mobile app?

Only existing Bujeti web users.

To check if you have access:

  1. Try logging in at dashboard.bujeti.com

  2. If login works → You can use the mobile app

  3. If login fails → Ask your company admin to add you as a team member first

Important: The mobile app is not a standalone product. It extends your existing web access.

How do I download the Bujeti mobile app?

The Bujeti mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices:

Simply search for "Bujeti" in your device's app store and tap "Install" or "Get."

Do I need a separate account for the mobile app?

No. Use the same login credentials from your Bujeti web account. The mobile and web platforms are fully synced, so all your data, transactions, and settings are accessible across both.

I'm new to Bujeti. Can I sign up using the mobile app?

Not yet. You need to create your Bujeti account on the web platform first at bujeti.com. Once your account is active, you can log in to the mobile app using your credentials.

Login & Security

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"

  2. Enter your registered email address

  3. Check your email for a password reset link

  4. Follow the instructions to create a new password

  5. Log in with your new password

Can I use biometrics (fingerprint/Face ID) to log in?

Yes! After your first login:

  1. Go to Settings in the app

  2. Tap "Enable Biometrics"

  3. Follow the prompts to set up fingerprint or Face ID authentication

  4. Future logins will be faster and more secure

How do I change my PIN?

  1. Open the Bujeti app and log in

  2. Go to Settings or your profile section

  3. Tap "Change PIN"

  4. Enter your current PIN

  5. Enter and confirm your new PIN

  6. Tap "Save"

Is my financial data secure on the mobile app?

Absolutely. Bujeti uses bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL) to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We also offer biometric authentication and PIN protection for additional security layers.

What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?

  1. Immediately contact your Bujeti administrator to suspend your account access

  2. Change your Bujeti password from another device via the web platform

  3. Email [email protected] for additional security measures

  4. Once you have a new device, log in with your updated credentials

Can I approve requests on mobile?

Yes. That's one of the main reasons the app exists.

You can:

  • Approve fund requests

  • Approve payments

  • Decline with comments

  • Review attachments before approving

Can I make payments from my phone?

Yes. Here’s how it works:

  1. Open the app → Tap Pay

  2. Enter the amount and select vendor

  3. Choose budget/account

  4. Add description

  5. Attach receipt (recommended)

  6. Confirm with PIN or biometric

Takes under a minute. Syncs instantly to the web.

Will my team see payments made on mobile?

Yes. Everything syncs in real-time.

If you make a payment on mobile, it appears immediately on the web dashboard.

Features & Limitations

Can I create budgets on mobile?

No. Budget creation is web-only.

You can on mobile:

  • View budgets

  • Track spending

  • Make payments from budgets

  • Request funds

Why web-only? Budget creation requires a structured setup and configuration, and is better suited for the web dashboard.

Can I add team members from mobile?

No. Use the web dashboard: dashboard.bujeti.comTeam Management

Can I generate reports on mobile?

No. Mobile is built for quick actions (approve, pay, track).

Detailed reports and analytics are available on the web dashboard. Everything you do on mobile automatically feeds into those reports.

Can I create reimbursement requests on mobile?

No. You can track existing reimbursements on mobile, but creating new ones is currently web-only.

Notifications

How do I enable push notifications?

  1. Go to your device's Settings

  2. Find Bujeti in your apps list

  3. Tap "Notifications"

  4. Toggle on "Allow Notifications"

You can also manage notification preferences within the Bujeti app settings.

What notifications will I receive?

You'll be notified about:

  • Payment status updates

  • Fund request approvals or declines

  • New requests requiring your approval (if you're an approver)

  • Account balance alerts

  • Security updates

  • Important announcements from your finance team

Can I customize which notifications I receive?

Yes! Go to Settings > Notifications in the app to select which alerts you want to receive.

I'm not receiving notifications. How do I fix this?

  1. Ensure notifications are enabled in your device settings for Bujeti

  2. Check that notification preferences are turned on within the app

  3. Verify you have a stable internet connection

  4. Make sure "Do Not Disturb" mode isn't blocking notifications

  5. Update to the latest app version

The app isn't loading. What should I do?
