The Bujeti mobile app is designed for quick actions when you're on the move. Here's what you can do:
1. Request funds
Submit fund requests from any budget or account you have access to. Add a description, select the amount, and submit. Then track the status of your submitted requests in the approval process.
2. Approve or decline requests on the go
Review pending fund requests and approve or decline them instantly. Add comments if needed. You can also approve payments without being at the desk or on a laptop.
3. Pay on the go
Send payments to vendors or employees instantly. Select the budget or account, enter the amount, attach a receipt, and send. Send receipts via email or messaging apps directly from the app.
4. Capture receipts
Snap photos of receipts with your phone camera or upload from the camera roll for faster, cleaner expense reports.
5. View and manage
See real-time balances across all your Bujeti accounts. See every payment, request, transaction, budget status, and all your assigned cards, without logging in to the web.
6. Real-time notifications
Get real-time alerts for approvals, payments, and budget updates. So you never miss what needs your attention.
