Before you can send funds via the Bujeti mobile app, ensure you have:
An active Bujeti account with payment permissions
Sufficient funds in your Bujeti account or budget
The Bujeti mobile app installed and logged in
Vendor details saved (or you can add them by logging in via the web)
How to Send Funds
Step 1: Open the Bujeti mobile app and log in
On the home screen, tap the "Pay" button
Use the on-screen keypad to enter the amount you want to send
Verify the amount is correct and Tap "Pay [Amount]" button at the bottom of the screen
Step 2: On the "Pay from" screen, choose your payment source:
Tap "Accounts" tab to pay from your list of account and select your preferred payment source or
Tap "Budgets" tab to pay from a specific budget
Review the available balance displayed
On the "Pay to" screen, search for your vendor using the search bar
You can search by: (Vendor name, Account number , Bank name)
Select the vendor from your "Saved vendors" list, or login via web https://dashboard.bujeti.com/login to add a new vendor and save on web dashboard.
Step 3: In the "Add description" field, enter a clear description of what you're paying for (e.g., "Office supplies - January")
(Optional) Tap "Choose files" to attach supporting documents: (Accepted file types: jpeg, png, pdf)
Select an appropriate expense category from the list provided (e.g., Software, Entertainment, Payroll, Marketing)
Tap "Continue" to proceed
Step 4: Review all payment details carefully
If any details need changing, tap "Change" next to "Paying from"
When everything is correct, tap the "Pay" button at the bottom
After submission, you'll see a success message: "Payment successful!"
Tap "Finish" to return to your home screen
You'll receive a push notification once the payment is processed
