Access the Bujeti Mobile App

Learn how to access the mobile app

To use the Bujeti mobile app, you need:

  • An active Bujeti account (you must already have access to the web platform)

  • iOS 14.0 or later (for iPhone/iPad)

  • Android 8.0 or later

The mobile app is only for existing Bujeti users. If you don't have a Bujeti account yet, sign up on the web first, then download the mobile app.

Downloading the mobile app

You may download the iOS app from the App Store in any country here and the Android app from the Google Play Store in any country here or use this direct link: onelink.to/2q6gft

First-Time Setup

  1. Download the Bujeti mobile app from Playstore or Appstore

  2. Log in using your Bujeti account credentials (same as web)

  3. Enter the OTP sent to your email and set up your PIN and confirm for quick access

  4. Enable biometrics for faster, secure login

Who can access the mobile app

The Bujeti mobile app is only for existing Bujeti users. If you can log in to dashboard.bujeti.com, you can use the mobile app.

Don't have a Bujeti account yet?

You need to be added to your company's Bujeti account first. Ask your admin or manager to add you as a team member. Once you have web access, you can download and use the mobile app.

Subsequent logins

After your first login, accessing the app is fast:

  1. Open the Bujeti app

  2. Enter your 4-digit PIN (or use biometric authentication if enabled)

  3. You're in

Forgot your PIN?

Tap Forgot PIN? on the left corner of the login screen and follow the prompts to reset it using your email and password.

Here's how different people use the Bujeti mobile app to get work done faster.

A. Using the Bujeti Mobile App as an Employee

If you're an employee who needs to make purchases, submit expenses, or request funds, here's how the mobile app helps:

Scenario 1: You need to buy something for work

Without the mobile app:

You'd use your personal money, keep the receipt (hopefully), and submit a reimbursement request later when you're back at your desk. Then wait to get paid back.

With the mobile app:

  1. Open the Bujeti app

  2. Tap Request

  3. Enter the amount you need

  4. Select the budget or account to request from

  5. Add a description

  6. Submit

Your manager gets a notification. They approve it from their phone. You get the funds. All in minutes, not days.

B. Using the Bujeti Mobile App as a Manager or Admin

If you're a manager or admin responsible for approvals, budget oversight, or payment processing, here's how the mobile app helps:

Scenario 1: Your team needs approval, but you're in a meeting

Without the mobile app:
