Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject “Delete My Account.”
Data Deletion and Retention
When your account is deleted: Personal data (name, email, business info) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Transactional and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law and accounting regulations.
If you have active subscriptions or pending payments, your account will be deleted once these are resolved.
